Project Lead

Own the customer experience from estimate through on-site delivery for assigned sales orders, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors. Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinate kickoff meetings, scheduling, submittals/approvals, and change orders. Provide oversight across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting, while monitoring costs, compliance, progress, and proactively removing obstacles to keep projects on schedule.
