Food & Beverage Supervisor

Lead and support the day-to-day service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner outlets at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort. You’ll oversee and coordinate a small F&B team, mentor staff, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high service and food & beverage standards. Assist with taking guest orders, recommending menu options, rostering, and workflow planning, while ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), hygiene, and workplace health and safety compliance.
