Engage customers with genuine interactions, share product/brand/community knowledge, and drive sales while supporting individual and team targets. Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising and replenishment, help keep the store clean and organized, and perform cashier duties and loss-prevention support as needed during peak season with potential transition to regular employment.
