Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • •Act as first point of informal escalation for employee relations matters, influence stakeholders toward positive outcomes, and identify opportunities to drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and translate research into usable team resources and client-ready recommendations.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (additional languages considered a plus), with strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, including strict confidentiality.
