Job Summary

Develop and grow relationships with Barracuda’s strategic channel partners (including MSPs) to drive new business opportunities and support partner-led pipeline health. Own partner-focused go-to-market plans, align with channel leadership on strategic goals, and enable partners through training and ongoing support. Partner with marketing and sales on campaigns, improve channel processes, and provide key-account retention and forecasting support to ensure partner success.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and industry influencers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
•Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and clearly articulate the value of Barracuda platforms and services for assigned partners.
•Educate and enable partners through training, presentations, and ongoing support to position and sell Barracuda products effectively.
•Lead cross-functional coordination for partner-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
•Manage key accounts and actively manage a partner-led (MSP) pipeline for deal hygiene and accurate forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience (BA/BS degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
•Channel experience is required; MSP experience is a plus.
•Cybersecurity or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
•Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is strongly preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication, strong listening/presentation skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
