Job Summary

Lead and oversee the Plating and Fulfillment production at the Mississauga distribution center. Drive on-time shipping, maintain quality standards, and optimize production processes with a hands-on, analytical approach in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Create weekly production documents for staging and production.
•Ensure plans for Plating and Fulfillment are executed and that all issues are communicated and tracked.
•Drive customer experience through production plan attainment, low error rates on plating adherence, fulfillment pick accuracy and ship out time.
•Build and implement production cost techniques that can be applied in production tasks and assembly.
•Monitor Plating and Fulfillment plan, start-times, dismissal times and additional daily activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 58,800 - 68,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or related management experience.
•2-3 years of experience managing production within the Food & Beverage industry; preferably in fulfillment/distribution.

•Demonstrated leadership to guide production lines and drive results.
•Innovative, proactive, and ownership-minded with strong time-management skills.
