Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions for regulated enterprise needs.
  • •Design and implement AI-native software engineering harnesses using approved models and coding agents within governed control-plane capabilities.
  • •Build agentic workflow orchestration systems (planning, code generation, validation, retry loops, human checkpoints, and controlled promotion).
  • •Define typed input/output contracts, schemas, metadata capture, and workflow state models to enable auditable and repeatable agentic execution.
  • •Integrate evaluation results into CI/CD and release workflows with quality gates, and develop trace capture/observability for AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,800 - 286,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • •Experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (9+ years preferred).
  • •4+ years using open-source frameworks to build production-grade applications (preferred).
  • •Experience with cloud-native architectures/microservices/APIs/containers/Kubernetes or serverless/event-driven systems (preferred), plus CI/CD and automated testing/observability (preferred).
