Job Summary

Support the External/Regulatory Reporting team within the Financial Reporting Cluster by helping prepare and file Bank Holding Company liquidity regulatory submissions. Coordinate interpretation and implementation of bank category changes, and work with stakeholders to drive updates on the automated R2CE regulatory reporting platform. Ensure compliance with Federal Reserve requirements and internal control procedures, and support responses to regulatory inquiries while improving reporting processes through automation and simplification.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Regulatory Reporting team by preparing and filing Bank Holding Company liquidity regulatory filings (FR2052a) to the Federal Reserve and other regulators.
•Participate in project work for bank category change readiness (Category II) and engage stakeholders to interpret and implement required changes.
•Coordinate implementation of changes on the automated R2CE (Regulatory Reporting Calculation Engine) platform.
•Ensure reporting compliance with Federal Reserve and other regulatory requirements and internal review/control procedures.
•Support managers/directors with responses to Federal Reserve and other regulatory inquiries and help transform reporting via automation and simplification.

Key Requirements

•At least 3+ years of accounting/reporting experience (Chartered Accountant/CPA preferred).
•US Regulatory/External Reporting experience with exposure to liquidity reporting, including NSFR or LCR.
•Knowledge and experience with US GAAP and financial accounting.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact independently with senior stakeholders.
•Proficient with MS applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; analytical skills and process improvement mindset.
