Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to align talent, workforce, and organizational strategies with business objectives.
  • •Lead talent planning, succession planning, and organizational capability discussions, including performance management and talent reviews.
  • •Drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness by assessing organizational health and recommending solutions across structure, operating models, governance, and ways of working.
  • •Guide leaders through organizational changes, business transformations, and workforce transitions, increasing engagement and adoption.
  • •Advise on employee relations and employment risk management by partnering with Employee Relations, Legal, and HR Centers of Excellence to address complex workplace issues and investigations.

Key Requirements
