Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests warmly, seat them comfortably, present menus, explain dishes and specials, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
•Deliver orders efficiently while monitoring guest satisfaction, handling concerns professionally, and escalating issues to the Captain/Supervisor when required.
•Complete daily service operations including mise-en-place, keeping stations clean and stocked, and performing table service setup, clearance, and resetting.
•Operate the POS system correctly for checks, orders, billing, and closing bills accurately to prevent revenue loss.
•Maintain hygiene and safety standards, follow Dubai Golf service steps and brand standards, and use upselling techniques to maximize revenue.

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent.
•Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment (preferred).
•Professional appearance and high standards of hygiene.
•Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
•Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
