Senior Client Representative, Client Services Investment Operations

Serve as the primary point of contact for custody-related client queries, owning and resolving issues while maintaining and enhancing service delivery. Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions, ensure funding requirements match client standing instructions, and act as an authorization point for foreign exchange and cash payments. Coordinate client-related transitions and initiatives, communicate proactively with investment managers, and ensure compliance with risk policies and best-practice documents.
