Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct detailed work package reviews to identify the critical path and complete technical reviews of tasks, dependencies, required materials, tooling, and cost control measures.
  • •Develop workflow charts and analyze critical paths in coordination with the production team to identify and achieve minimum ground time (including check estimates, daily task breakdowns, and resource plans).
  • •Lead initial and final review meetings to confirm major check drivers, gain stakeholder agreement on workflow plans, and ensure issues are followed up and closed before input.
  • •Ensure learnings from previous checks are incorporated into future checks.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and participate in change programmes, providing leadership, guidance, training, development, and motivational support to staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical).
  • •Or hold an Engineering Licence (GCAA/EASA Type Licence) on an EK fleet type.
  • •Have experience in aircraft maintenance related activities or production planning at an airline or 3rd party maintenance facility.
  • •Have good knowledge of aircraft systems, power plant and components.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge of aircraft regulatory requirements and aircraft maintenance documents, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
