Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities, ensuring timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
  • •Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, recurring close entries, and financial results prepared by the accounting team.
  • •Oversee general ledger and balance sheet integrity across multiple legal entities (fixed assets, accruals, cash/credit cards reconciliations, amortization, depreciation, and P&L drivers).
  • •Lead intercompany accounting activities including reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution across global entities.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff (typically 2+ direct reports) while maintaining internal controls, supporting audits and reporting, and driving automation/process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • •CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
