Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement high-performance, scalable project architectures while maintaining top quality standards.
  • •Lead the team by helping members reach their potential and maintaining a great team environment.
  • •Estimate and plan the team’s technical tasks in coordination with other organizational areas.
  • •Improve and build new capabilities with a strong focus on catalog and marketplace quality.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate improvement and development needs across the marketplace.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience leading high-performance teams.
  • •Experience with programming languages such as Java, Go, Groovy, NodeJS or similar.
  • •Experience with HTTP and modern web frameworks using practices like MVC, TDD, code coverage, and Mobile First.
  • •Experience working across technical areas including scalability, security, data access, parallel processing, instrumentation, and distributed systems.
