Review and resolve daily Over, Short & Damaged (OS&D) delivery freight claim occurrences, compile accurate daily claims reports, and ensure timely follow-up to closure. Partner with internal teams and external customers/carriers to gather details, communicate expectations, and make timely claim decisions. Investigate discrepancies through root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and process related inventory and customer account adjustments to reduce financial impact and prevent repeat issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Review daily OS&D occurrences (refused product, quantity discrepancies, quality exceptions, and carrier claims) and determine next steps.
•Compile and distribute daily Claims Reports with complete, accurate, on-time information.
•Monitor and follow up on outstanding OS&D issues to ensure timely resolution.
•Communicate with internal teams, external partners, customers, and carriers to gather details needed for claim resolution.
•Collaborate on root cause analysis and track corrective actions; process necessary inventory and customer account adjustments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14.42 - 24.04 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, claims processing, or a related field, required.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and interpret data accurately.
•Strong attention to detail to identify root causes, analyze discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and carrier partners.
•Highly organized and dependable; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
