Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and facilitate client workshops to define as-is and to-be processes with sponsors, stakeholders, and SMEs.
  • •Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing.
  • •Develop functional documentation for Agile and Waterfall engagements, including gap analysis and process flow diagrams.
  • •Support sprint activities and backlog refinement, including prioritization and estimation while minimizing scope creep.
  • •Assist with UAT, training materials, train-the-trainer/end-user sessions, and drive continuous process improvement using process metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT and ServiceNow business process analysis and optimization.
  • •BA/BS degree in IT, IS, or a business-related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •Strong analytical skills for business process optimization, including process modeling and requirements analysis.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
