Job Summary

Partner with customers to analyze, improve, and document business processes aligned with organizational objectives and ServiceNow best practices. Facilitate workshops to define as-is/to-be journeys, translate user needs for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support agile and waterfall delivery. Produce functional documentation, perform backlog refinement, and assist with UAT, training, and continuous process improvement using KPIs and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and facilitate client workshops to define as-is and to-be processes with sponsors, stakeholders, and SMEs.
•Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing.
•Develop functional documentation for Agile and Waterfall engagements, including gap analysis and process flow diagrams.
•Support sprint activities and backlog refinement, including prioritization and estimation while minimizing scope creep.
•Assist with UAT, training materials, train-the-trainer/end-user sessions, and drive continuous process improvement using process metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in IT and ServiceNow business process analysis and optimization.
•BA/BS degree in IT, IS, or a business-related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•Strong analytical skills for business process optimization, including process modeling and requirements analysis.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong workshop facilitation and presentation abilities.
•Ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
