Job Summary

Serve as a client-facing deal execution leader on asset securitization transactions across consumer and commercial asset classes. Execute ABS and private placement financing (144a/4a2), including structuring, lending, portfolio purchase, and advisory, while partnering with ABF Credit Solutions and Credit Risk. Build financial models and pitch materials, drive underwriting and deal execution from origination to closing, and lead monitoring/reporting of the securitization portfolio with potential oversight of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute ABS and loan/note asset securitization transactions in public or private markets, supporting pitching through closing.
•Support relationship managers by prioritizing a pipeline of securitization opportunities and generating capital markets revenue from target clients/prospects.
•Create and deliver financial analysis and market advice, including analysis/pitch content and idea generation.
•Manage transaction processes from origination to closing, coordinating rating agency activities and third parties, and discussions with investors and syndicate/investor operations.
•Provide leadership in monitoring and reporting of the securitization portfolio and help evolve pitch materials, modeling, and analytical work (including potential oversight of an analyst pool).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree/certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
•5–7 years of relevant investment banking, capital markets, or corporate finance experience with prior Associate-level responsibilities.
•Proven project leadership across multiple concurrent transactions with tight deadlines, coordinating with senior bankers and external advisors.
•Maintain or obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses per company policy.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
