  • •Act as the most senior technical authority for the operational network fleet across the hyperscale AI data center portfolio.
  • •Lead site assessments and operational audits to drive network ops technical readiness ahead of activation.
  • •Review network platforms and operational integration designs, and feed learnings into engineering, deployment, and supply chain.
  • •Author, approve, and execute high-risk network MOPs and change records in live production; lead fleet-wide root cause analysis through closure.
  • •Hold OEMs, ODMs, and service vendors to a standard, enforce it for flawed processes, and coordinate across network operations, engineering, compute operations, facilities, supply chain, and customer-facing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience operating mission-critical IP network topologies at scale as the senior technical voice on a site/campus/fleet.
  • •Hands-on experience in IP network operations and optical networking.
  • •Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network routing protocols including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS.
  • •Authored and executed high-risk MOPs and led root cause analysis through closure on significant network events.
  • •Ability to write clearly (health assessments, RCAs, design feedback) and teach to raise the readiness of surrounding teams.
