Job Summary

Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and an IAM architecture that ensures secure access to IT resources. Select and integrate IAM technologies and tools, including AI-supported automation to optimize IAM processes. Ensure interoperability across systems and support compliance and audits by analyzing IT, business, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA/VAIT, GDPR). Serve as a central contact for IAM architecture topics with IT Security and business partners.

•University degree in computer science, information technology, information security, or a related field.
•Several years of experience in IAM, especially in architecture and implementation of IAM solutions.
•Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or specialized IAM certifications.
•Strong knowledge of IAM systems, PAM, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity governance.
•Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration, plus understanding of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST.
