Call Center Associate

Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to drive revenue for telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You’ll identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, handle objections, and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow scripts, quality, and process standards while delivering strong customer experience. This is an entry-level, night-shift, work-from-office role in Gurugram with company-provided pick-up/drop for night shifts.
