Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and participate in the National Graduate Training Programme, focusing on practical and leadership/supervisory development.
  • •Rotate within the trainee's designated department for approximately one month to gain knowledge of functions and responsibilities.
  • •Undergo on-the-job training geared toward the trainee's target position and complete the programme to move into the target role.
  • •Be assigned a mentor and have regular progress review meetings to track development.
  • •Contribute to preparing trainees from colleges and universities for their target positions and future leadership roles within EGA.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National holding a family book.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechatronics).
  • •Maximum experience of 3 years, fresh graduates preferred.
