Lead multiple cells in the 3rd shift to ensure quality, throughput and on-time delivery while applying CORE, Lean and continuous improvement. Manage a multi-skilled team manufacturing and repairing jet engine components, ensure training and safety, and coordinate across three shifts to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership to one or more Business Unit Cells on the 3rd shift
•Apply CORE, Lean and other continuous improvement techniques to develop and implement process improvements
•Lead a multi-skilled team engaged in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components
•Ensure employees are adequately trained and work in a safe and environmentally sound manner
•Set day-to-day operational objectives and execute basic management practices such as scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related environment OR Associate's degree and minimum 4 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related environment
•In lieu of a degree, 6 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related environment
•Experience in MS Office applications, specifically MS PowerPoint and Excel
•Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures
•Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation & coaching skills
