Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to regional product teams, compliance officers, and business operations with data-driven insights on risk profiles, investigative performance, and emerging threats.
  • •Lead and develop a multi-layered AML organization (~170 people) through senior and team leads, optimizing workflows for both high-volume efficiency and deep-dive quality.
  • •Drive KPI delivery aligned to regional business objectives, ensuring AML operations support seamless service delivery and customer experience in line with global AML plans.
  • •Ensure timely, high-quality filing of SARs/STRs and build scalable high-performance teams by uplifting skills and evolving team structure for regional growth.
  • •Serve as the primary regional lead for internal audits and regulatory exams, and collaborate with product, engineering, and global compliance to architect automated investigative solutions.
