•Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live.
•Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change.
•Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities.
•Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs.
•Mentor junior team members and influence product roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design.

•Ability to mentor others and influence product roadmap; experience navigating cross-functional stakeholders.
