Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overlay roadmap including bond overlay technologies, defining overlay specifications, error budgets, mark strategies, technical signoff criteria, and scaling requirements.
  • •Develop innovative overlay solutions that balance performance, yield, manufacturability, and scaling objectives, advancing overlay metrology, automation, and process control.
  • •Lead simulation and experimental process development, connecting process behavior to device and integration requirements via validation plans and experiments.
  • •Solve complex overlay challenges such as alignment, distortion, deformation, process interactions, and bonded wafers; translate findings into actionable improvements and roadmap recommendations.
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple organizations and lead supplier engagements; communicate risks and strategic direction and mentor engineers in the Advanced DRAM organization.
