Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate powder coat guns in manual or autobooth, adjusting program settings based on part configuration.
  • •Clean auto booth/manual booth to meet specified color change times.
  • •Adjust gun for maximum paint efficiency; ensure equipment and booths are kept clean and in good working condition.
  • •Inspect powder and spray painting equipment daily; clean and maintain equipment for proper working order.
  • •Follow health and safety requirements, wear appropriate PPE, and notify the group leader if problems arise.
