Key Responsibilities

•Take end-to-end responsibility for complex frontend projects from design to deployment.
•Collaborate with Product and UX to translate complex requirements into well-designed software.
•Lead technical design decisions and balance long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
•Be a core contributor to frontend packages, ensuring performance and scalability.
•Mentor teammates through constructive Code Reviews and technical guidance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 years of experience building robust, complex web applications with mastery of frontend development.
•Expertise in React and TypeScript with deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
•Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles.
•Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
•Strong analytical skills to translate a broad product vision into actionable technical tasks.
