Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of contracted Project Management services across medium to high-complexity engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects.
  • •Own project planning, tracking, and monitoring to achieve safety, cost, time, and quality outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain project programmes, risk registers, action trackers, and issue logs; monitor and report project performance metrics.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and manage UK–India communication to align deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • •Lead identification, management, and escalation of risks and issues; run change control processes and drive quality assurance and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • •15–20 years of relevant Project Management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • •Working knowledge of Project Management processes and deliverables across the project lifecycle, aligned to RIBA Stages 0–7.
  • •Strong communication skills with clear command of spoken and written English, supporting UK and international teams.
  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Power BI, with strong organisational skills and accuracy under tight deadlines.
