Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations powering workplace collaboration and identity systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian; Okta).
  • •Develop lightweight services and integrations connecting collaboration tools, GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), and internal systems to enable agentic flows that reduce manual work.
  • •Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for automation and AI workflows; troubleshoot issues and identify improvements for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Contribute to secure onboarding, off-boarding, and mover workflows by automating access, permissions, and SaaS tasks with safe agentic handoffs where appropriate.
  • •Collaborate on code reviews and shared libraries for workflows/agents, and help modernize workplace systems through scalable, API-first architecture and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology development, focused on automation or scripting.
  • •Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/Apps Script, Bash, PowerShell) and comfort with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks.
  • •Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian) and interest in agentic/AI workflows (LLMs, agents, prompt pipelines).
