Job Summary

Build and manage an end-to-end relationship with clients in the Key Private Client Program, using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and recommend investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Drive individual goals by prospecting, developing referral sources, partnering with branch teammates and internal sales specialists, and supporting compliance, risk, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations based on client conversations.
•Refer and deliver investment and insurance solutions while supporting internal and external referral pipelines and documenting prospecting activity.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to guide meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Support compliance and branch operations, including teller transactions as needed, morning huddles/debriefs, and Saturday work as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required), with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and overcome objections with small business clients (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
