Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical primary point of contact for the Program Management Team (PMT).
  • •Plan and execute projects across all lifecycle phases while ensuring adherence to internal and external program requirements.
  • •Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including SPI/CPI reporting, and contribute to development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Lead weekly project reviews to monitor progress, assess status, identify risks/barriers, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance with company processes and AS9100 standards; analyze performance/cost trends and support forecasting and informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in STEM and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person as defined for access to ITAR or 600/500-series EAR information or hardware; the company will not seek export authorization.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office, Integrated Master Schedules software, ERP systems, and/or PLM systems or other project management tools.
  • •Prior experience with systems/component development processes, including requirements capture, design, integration, and verification/validation.
  • •Experience coordinating projects and deliverables with adherence to internal and external program requirements across the lifecycle.
