Job Summary

Build and scale an AI-amplified cash forecasting platform that replaces spreadsheets with real-time cash visibility and predictive accuracy. You’ll drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and lead technical design reviews while improving CI/CD, reliability, and observability. Work on ERP and banking integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday), machine learning forecasting models, variance analysis, and interactive dashboards. Help deliver rapid 90-day implementations at enterprise-grade scale across 40+ countries.

•Drive platform architectural decisions to balance scalability, maintainability, and rapid deployment, and establish design standards and design patterns.
•Lead technical design reviews, manage technical debt, and improve engineering practices including observability, incident response, and production excellence.
•Mentor mid-level and senior engineers, help break down complex problems into actionable work, and elevate coding standards and testing strategies.
•Partner with Product and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and influence the product roadmap through technical opportunities.
•Build and optimize integrations, machine learning forecasting and variance analysis systems, dashboards, and deployment pipelines to support enterprise-grade reliability.
