Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive platform architectural decisions to balance scalability, maintainability, and rapid deployment, and establish design standards and design patterns.
  • •Lead technical design reviews, manage technical debt, and improve engineering practices including observability, incident response, and production excellence.
  • •Mentor mid-level and senior engineers, help break down complex problems into actionable work, and elevate coding standards and testing strategies.
  • •Partner with Product and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and influence the product roadmap through technical opportunities.
  • •Build and optimize integrations, machine learning forecasting and variance analysis systems, dashboards, and deployment pipelines to support enterprise-grade reliability.
