Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical liaison to key clients, establishing trusted relationships and aligning solution integration architectures and technical roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales teams to identify and prioritize client opportunities and develop scalable, repeatable solutions.
  • •Educate clients on Cognite Data Fusion® using demos, reference architectures, and solution accelerators to support adoption and value realization.
  • •Bridge client feedback to Product, translating needs into product requirements and ensuring integrated solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with strategy.
  • •Provide technical escalation support, organize technical workshops/meetings, and develop best practices and reference architectures for client-focused delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical presales roles in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software.
  • •Experience with solution architecture and client-facing technical delivery in complex environments.
  • •Proficiency in Python.
  • •Ability to design scalable architectures connecting operational and enterprise systems.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
