Business Controller

Partner with Operations and Finance to deliver actionable financial insights and support business performance at the Debrecen site serving BMW. Prepare monthly financial and business reports, analyze budget variances and forecasts, and present Monthly Business Reviews. Monitor operational KPIs (including Eagle and GAP analysis), support year-end statutory reporting, and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting, plus ad hoc analysis and business projects.
