Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate state-of-the-art mixers and pumping/tinting equipment to run batch production from start to finish and record batch information.
  • •Add materials at specified quantities and times, monitor temperatures/mixtures and chemical reactions, and take and record samples at designated times.
  • •Clean and prepare workstations and machines; assemble and test components, identify acceptable vs. defective assemblies, and verify finish, labeling, and packaging.
  • •Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
  • •Maintain compliance with policies and labor laws; lift up to 65 pounds throughout the shift and wear required PPE, including air purified respirators.
