Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services based on in-depth product knowledge and the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and Membership Advantage onsite presentations.
  • •Support loan and bankcard processing from application through closing and assist with Financial Center or Bank Mart opening/closing as directed, while processing teller transactions and maintaining confidentiality, ethics, and risk standards.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
