Job Summary

Join Amcor in Oshkosh’s Clean Room to operate production equipment that converts materials into high-quality pouch and bag packaging. You’ll lead safety and GMP/ISO compliance, perform visual inspections and required testing, set up and monitor machines, complete paperwork and quality records, and support training and documentation for Clean Room Specialists. Maintain a clean 6S workspace and contribute to WCOM team efforts.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture while adhering to GMP, ISO, PPE, and gowning standards.
•Set up, operate, and monitor machines; load raw materials; perform minor maintenance; and troubleshoot issues to maintain production standards.
•Perform visual inspections, material checks, and required testing; report quality concerns immediately and coordinate as needed with QA.
•Accurately complete required paperwork and quality records, including IPPHs, and complete documentation/reporting tasks.
•Assist and train Clean Room Specialists on machine setup/operation and documentation, and maintain a clean, organized workspace following 6S.

Key Requirements

•Previous machine operation experience.
•Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
•Ability to understand and use a computer and related programs.

•Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
