On-site role in Longueuil leading supplier quality initiatives within the Supply Management Quality group to improve overall product quality by reducing supplier escapes and OEM interventions through data-driven corrective actions, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and understand supplier quality issues impacting product quality and flow
•Identify corrective actions and improvement opportunities to drive timely, sustainable changes
•Analyze data to understand contributors to supplier escapes and OEM interventions
•Engage suppliers to define and deploy actions and strategies to eliminate escapes and interventions
•Lead cross-functional teams through data analysis, prioritization, and process improvement activities to drive measurable results

Key Requirements

•Technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
•Field of study: Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, Quality
•Bilingual French/English
•Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
•Experience with PFMEA/DFMEA and PPAP, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
