Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, including power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle repairs.
  • •Maintain complete daily paperwork/electronic documentation and assist with pickup and delivery of equipment & parts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •Valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
