Job Summary

Plan, schedule, and control maintenance activities for electrical, packaging, and machine systems at the Prepared Foods plant. Ensure production schedules are met with cost efficiency and quality, while complying with state and federal regulations. Lead and develop maintenance personnel, coordinate supervisors to prevent delays, manage maintenance manpower and environment reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives, SQF integrity, and budget planning.

•Plan, supervise, and schedule machine, electrical, and packaging maintenance projects while optimizing facilities and personnel.
•Coordinate lead and department supervisors to maintain machinery within projected costs and schedules.
•Communicate maintenance schedule and specification changes, manage labor variances, and take direct action to prevent or resolve delays.
•Resolve supervisor and employee needs, complaints, and problems to maintain a harmonious work environment.
•Develop annual maintenance budget and goals, ensure environmental regulation compliance, and support performance management and SQF system integrity.

Key Requirements

•Ability to supervise a group of personnel performing similar or interrelated tasks.
