Build consultative relationships to uncover customer needs and deliver a strong hand-off to Sales. Create outreach with strategic messaging, maintain a warm pipeline through follow-ups, and update Salesforce activity to meet SLAs and support reporting, while collaborating with Marketing to improve targeting and campaigns.
