Key Responsibilities

  • •Own job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures across engineering, business, and operations functions
  • •Lead compensation cycles (merit, equity refresh, promotions), including modeling, calibration, and manager communications
  • •Maintain salary bands and run regular market benchmarking using Radford or comparable surveys; refresh annually
  • •Own the full benefits lifecycle including broker relationships, plan design, cost modeling, renewals, and employee communication
  • •Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and applicable state laws; maintain plan documents and governance documentation

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in compensation, total rewards, or a combined people operations role, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment
  • •Breadth across compensation strategy, equity, and benefits, with strong total rewards depth
  • •Build models and translate complex compensation data into clear insights for Finance, Legal, and executive audiences
  • •Structure ambiguity and take ownership through execution without a playbook
  • •Clear communication and discretion when handling sensitive compensation data
