Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates across a large multi-building campus program.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and executive-level summaries for program decision making.
  • •Coordinate and validate cost data from designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
  • •Lead procurement support (pricing reviews, scope validation, and commercial negotiations) and manage final accounts across contractors/phases.
  • •Oversee change-management workflow, value-engineering/cost optimization, and maintain rigorous cost-control systems including variance and risk analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium- to large-scale construction programs.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical data center, industrial, or large campus-scale developments.
  • •Advanced competency in budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost-control systems (EVM experience beneficial).
  • •RICS accreditation (or progress toward certification) preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
