•Lead cross-functional strategic projects spanning multiple departments, ensuring risks are mitigated and milestones are met.
•Ensure execution alignment across functions by resolving misalignments and acting as the “organizational glue.”
•Own performance tracking and executive narratives, maintaining a single source of truth and explaining business trends.
•Lead target setting for the entire organization, ensuring targets are ambitious, realistic, and aligned with regional expectations.
•Chair status meetings and refine leadership-ready decks to keep stakeholders aligned on top execution priorities.
