Key Responsibilities

  • •Tray and set hatching eggs by placing them in properly labeled buggies and putting trayed eggs into the setters.
  • •Clean and sanitize the egg room and hatchery equipment using water hoses.
  • •Monitor and record temperatures in hatchers and setters.
  • •Assist with egg truck pickups/deliveries and help with chick truck support for Broilers.
  • •Operate required equipment and supplies, pack export eggs into cases, and assist other departments as needed while maintaining a clean work area.
