Job Summary

Translate environmental ambitions into measurable results at a growing manufacturing site by ensuring compliance with environmental permits and company standards. You’ll be responsible for maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, driving improvement projects across resource use, waste handling, and biomass allocation, and developing internal and external environmental reporting. Working within a six-person SHE team, you’ll advise project teams and support the factory’s daily environmental operations with a strong sustainability focus, including Scope 3.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure current and upcoming environmental approvals are executed, including evidence of permit conditions and dialogue with authorities for expansion and investment projects.
•Implement and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
•Drive improvement projects related to resource use, waste handling, and biomass allocation with a focus on greener market opportunities.
•Ensure and develop daily environmental operations at the factory.
•Contribute to internal and external environmental reporting and advise the organization on environmental matters while maintaining high professional standards.
