Manager, Internal Audit

Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements as Auditor in Charge, planning projects, defining scope, and coordinating with stakeholders, external auditors, and regulators. Evaluate control effectiveness and efficiency, synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights, and facilitate audit walkthroughs and meetings. Manage and develop team members, validate corrective actions and Management Action Plans, and track key metrics and trends to strengthen the business control environment.
