Key Responsibilities

  • •Initial review/report including consideration of funding, prospects of recovery success, and triage.
  • •Investigate evidential matters by gathering evidence to establish cause of action and conducting investigations with third parties.
  • •Instruct counsel and experts; perform legal research; draft documents including letter of claim and claim forms/particulars.
  • •Drive claimant litigation to conclusion, including handling correspondence, court appointments, settlement negotiations (including Part 36 offers), and pre-action/interim applications.
  • •Conduct advocacy (telephone and in person) and assist with ADR (including mediation), ensuring compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
