Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure the vehicle maintains safe to drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles, and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • •Obtain required local authorization/licenses within specified timelines (Notary in first 90 days; state-specific specialty licenses in first two weeks to 90 days depending on location).
