  • •Design and build automations that remove repetitive work from the IT Service Desk, including account provisioning, access requests, and troubleshooting flows.
  • •Apply AI (LLMs, agents, classification, summarization) where it provides real efficiency gains for support workflows.
  • •Ship self-service tools that enable internal customers to resolve common IT requests safely without waiting for a human agent.
  • •Build custom applications and automations that extend the tools and applications owned by the team.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in IT Engineering.
  • •Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
  • •Ability to leverage a programming language, including Python, Go, or Rust.
  • •Proven experience building end-user applications and workflow automations using REST APIs and Webhooks with end-to-end continuous integration solutions.
  • •Strong autonomy and ownership to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and identify and solve complex problems.
